    1 Year Warranty Policy

    All our products come with a 1 year warranty from the day they were bought, subject to a few conditions. As long as the product has been used under normal circumstances and for the intended purpose, it will be covered under our warranty. Try not to stuff the products beyond their recommended capacity, else it may lead to tears and damage.

    In case the product is damaged due to neglect, misuse, or any accidental damage such as being stepped on, fires, floods, etc. Arture will not take responsibility. The warranty also will not reply in case any modifications have been made by the user post-purchase.

    The warranty covers any faults in materials and workmanship, and will not apply in the case of regular wear and tear. The product will either be fixed or replaced. If the item is no longer available, we will substitute the item for one of equal value, at our discretion

    How do I make a claim?

    Contact us atinfo@myarture.com with your order ID, invoice copy and a description of what went wrong. Including a few pictures will help us understand better. Please note, Arture has the right to decline a claim if it does not meet our criteria.

    Disclaimer

    The beauty in our products lies in the fact that they contain 100% natural cork, from the Mediterranean. Because of the fact that cork is completely natural, each product is unique. The material is porous and has natural variations, adding to it’s appeal. There may be slight variations in colour from what you see on screen, but we have added multiple product images to help you out, and you can always reach out to us oninfo@myarture.com if you’d like to know more about cork. Arture does not accept returns in cases where the customer had a different expectation from the look of the material. To know more about our materials and caring for them,click here.

    Items purchased outside of the Arture website

    If you have bought your product through any of our offline or online retailers, we request you to make the requests though the store of purchase. Please keep your original receipts handy to assist you in the process, and the store will contact us on your behalf.

      Snap button broken

    5. Dakota Gadget Sleeve :
      Zipper not functioning correctly, or zipper teeth broken during regular usage

    6. Kim Clutch Wallet :
      Zipper not functioning correctly, or zipper teeth broken during regular usage
      Magnet not functioning correctly
      Closure tab torn off from wallet

    7. Willow Wristlet :
